A Weekend in Whistler, Canada

Experience the magic of Whistler in the winter with this ultimate travel guide. Find the best places to stay, eat, and play in this winter wonderland!

Getting there:

We did Whistler as an add-on to our Vancouver, BC trip, so we were able to take a bus from Vancouver to Whistler. It was a beautiful bus ride because as we got closer and closer, it began to snow and was so beautiful!

Where We Stayed:

The hotel we stayed in was called Nita Lake Lodge and goodness, it was probably one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in! Nestled on Nita Lake, this hotel had a restaurant/bar area, outdoor hot tub, and even a trail around the lake that we were able to explore! They also had a shuttle to take us into the main town of Whistler, which was great since we didn’t have a car!

Where to Eat:

-The Den at Nita Lake Lodge

-Cows Creamery

-Earls Kitchen + Bar

-Black’s Pub

-Provisions

-Stonesedge Kitchen

-Bar Oso

-Bearfoot Bistro

What to Do:

-Ride the glass bottom gondola

-Shopping and drinks around the main town square

-Olympic Rings

-Ketel One Ice Room Tasting

-Walk around Nita Lake
