Exploring Georgetown, Texas

When my husband and I first got married, we dreamed of living in a cute, old house in Georgetown, Texas. Both of us are from the general area, and knew that this cute little town was definitely growing in a fun way! We both went to college at UT- Austin, and after living in downtown Austin for a few years, we were definitely ready to move to a spot that felt just a little quieter, but that still had awesome restaurants, coffee shops, parks, outdoor trails, etc.

Then, a few years into our marriage, we really started dreaming about what moving to downtown Georgetown could look like, and never really looked back! We found a small little 1960’s home and have been slowly making it our own! We thought Georgetown was great pre-kids, but have enjoyed it so much since having our son, too. Its great to not have to put him in the car seat every time we want to grab a coffee or go out to eat, and we definitely walk so much more since living down here.

New spots are always popping up, but for now, heres list of favorite spots to eat, hang, play, and enjoy this sweet Texas town!
